L.J. Guillotte
President
L.J. Guillotte is President of Great Plains Oilfield Rental, L.L.C. effective September 2011. Guillotte previously led a private equity oilfield technology company as President and CEO, which was majority owned by Shell. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with Weatherford where he served in numerous leadership and management positions, most recently as Vice President of Latin America for the company’s Production Optimization segment. Guillotte brings with him a wealth of experience in both domestic and international markets spanning more than 30 years.

Trey Landry
Business Manager
Trey Landry is the Business Manager for Great Plains Oilfield Rental and supervises the financial reporting and business systems of GPOR as well as the accounts payables, receivables and procurement for the entire company. Landry started with Great Plains in March 2010 as a business analyst. Prior to working at Great Plains, he served more than five years in the U.S. Army as a field artillery officer. In this position, he worked in a number of assignments including a 15-month tour in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Landry brings valuable leadership experience to the Great Plains team. Landry is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and has an MBA from Webster University.

Rhone Prather
Corporate Business Development Manager
Rhone Prather is the Corporate Business Development Manager for Great Plains Oilfield Rental. He is responsible for coordinating and maintaining GPOR’s clients’ service and equipment requirements, forecasting future business activity levels, monitoring market trends, and identifying business opportunities throughout the petroleum industry. Prather has been employed in the petroleum industry since 1980, holding various positions including field sales, corporate sales, executive sales, corporate sales manager, operations manager and strategic global account manager. He joined Great Plains Oilfield Rental in October 2010 after being employed by a major service company for over 23 years. He graduated from Oklahoma City University with a degree in business administration.

Mike Edwards
Operations Manager – Water Transfer
Mike Edwards is Operations Manager for the Water Transfer Division of Great Plains Oilfield Rental. As manager, he’s responsible for the safe transfer of water to and from drillsites. With more than 20 years of experience, he recently served as the Quality Compliance Manager for the Well Services Segment of Schlumberger. Edwards’ background with supervising complex operations and personnel benefits both our employees and customers.

Kevin Bernis
Operations Manager
Kevin Bernis is Operations Manager for the rental tools division of Great Plains Oilfield Rental. His career in the oilfield industry began in 1981 as a welder, then as a location manager and he currently serves as head of operations for several states. Bernis' vast knowledge of the rental tool business is a culmination of hands-on experience that benefits our employees as well as our customers.

Rick Treeman
Quality Manager
Rick Treeman comes to Great Plains Oilfield Rental as Manager of Quality and Training. He was a senior vice president and field operations manager for 24 years developing and managing quality and regulatory programs. Treeman’s past experience allows him to meet industry demands while providing quality customer service.
