Jerome Loughridge
President

Jerome Loughridge is President of Great Plains Oilfield Rental. Prior to joining the company in September 2012 he served as President of Black Mesa Energy Services and Executive Chairman of Legend Energy Services. Before that he served as Chief Operating Officer of Great White Energy Services. Loughridge also held positions in President George W. Bush's administration and as Chief of Staff of Baylor University. Loughridge received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University and a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard University.

Rhone Prather
Business Unit Manager – Rental Tools

Rhone Prather is the Business Unit Manager – Rental Tools for Great Plains. He is responsible for coordinating and maintaining client service and equipment requirements, forecasting future business activity levels, monitoring market trends and identifying business opportunities throughout the petroleum industry. Prather has been employed in the petroleum industry since 1980, holding various positions including field sales, corporate sales, executive sales, corporate sales manager, operations manager and strategic global account manager. He joined Great Plains Oilfield Rental in October 2010 after being employed by a major service company for over 23 years. He graduated from Oklahoma City University with a degree in business administration.

Mike Edwards
Director – Water Transfer

Mike Edwards is Director of the Water Transfer Division of Great Plains Oilfield Rental. As director, he's responsible for the safe transfer of water to and from drillsites. With more than 20 years of experience, he previously served as the Quality Compliance Manager for the Well Services Segment of Schlumberger. Edwards' background with supervising complex operations and personnel benefits both our employees and customers.

Rick Treeman
Director – Maintenance & EHS Quality Assurance

Rick Treeman is Director of Maintenance and EHS Quality Assurance for Great Plains Oilfield Rental. Mr. Treeman came to Great Plains Oilfield Rental as Manager of Quality and Training before being promoted to his current position. Prior to that he was a senior vice president and field operations manager for 24 years developing and managing quality and regulatory programs. Treeman's past experience allows him to meet industry demands while providing quality customer service.

Craig Woodruff
Director – Finance

Craig Woodruff is the Director of Finance for Great Plains Oilfield Rental. Prior to joining the company in October 2012 he served as Treasurer – North America for Archer, a global energy services provider. Before that he held positions at Great White Energy Services, including Vice President and Treasurer, and worked in various capacities at Chesapeake Energy Corporation. Woodruff received a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University.
